* Note: Flower availability varies throughout the year. Similar flowers will be substituted when necessary. Ordering several days ahead helps to ensure flower availability. If the quality of certain flowers is not up to our standards or will not hold up due to the weather we will notify you. For example, tulips are very susceptible to heat. Please call 503-222-9193 if you have any concerns or questions.

In event of snow/ice, we will do everything possible to get your order delivered promptly. If conditions prevent us from delivering on the date requested, we will deliver as soon as it is safe to do so.

Call 503-222-9193 if after 12:30 p.m. to verify if same day delivery and on all special delivery requests. Orders out of our delivery area need to be placed by 9 a.m. for same day delivery.
